4. Order Acceptance

  • Labbasposh reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Incorrect pricing
    • Suspicious or fake orders
    • Incomplete customer information

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
  • Labbasposh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless damaged.
  • Customers must provide parcel opening video proof in case of wrong or damaged item claims.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The wrong item was delivered
    • The item is damaged
    • The ordered item is out of stock after payment
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 working days.
